Single trip international health
insurance - 10 days to 1 year
Patriot InternationalSM (10
days to 1 Year) - health insurance for US citizens
Patriot International provides health insurance coverage for
US citizens traveling abroad for a minimum of 10 days up to a
maximum of one year.
Patriot AmericaSM (10 days to 1 Year) - health insurance
for non-US citizens
Patriot America provides health insurance coverage for non-US
citizens traveling outside their country of citizenship for a
minimum of 10 days up to a maximum of 1 year.
Single trip international health
insurance - 3 months to 2 years
ExPatriot Plus® (expatriate medical insurance) provides
international health insurance for US citizens AND non-US
citizens traveling outside their country of citizenship for a
minimum of 3 months up to a maximum of 2 years.
Multi-Trip Travel Medical
Insurance - annual, trip duration 15 / 30 days
Patriot Executive Travel Medical Insurance is designed
for US citizens who: |
- are employed by a company
with a location in the United States
- are covered by an individual
or group medical plan while in the United States
- travel outside of the United
States frequently throughout the year

This international health
insurance plan offers coverage for the insured's spouse and
dependent children. It includes trip cancellation and lost
luggage insurance coverage in addition to international
emergency care such as emergency medical evacuation.
Long Term International Health
Insurance - annually renewable
Global Medical InsuranceSM is a long-term,
annually renewable, US- style international health insurance
plan designed to provide international health insurance
coverage to US expatriates and non-US citizens and their
families.
Use of the PPO network, while not required, can significantly
reduce out-of-pocket expenses. Your deductible will be reduced
by 50% and any coinsurance is eliminated when eligible
treatment is received from a participating network provider.
